Contract With Your Business Choice
By entering into business with Your Business Choice, the client confirms they will abide by the following requirements:
- The client’s contract with Your Business Choice runs for 12 months at a time
- The service provided will be no more than is defined in the client’s selected package (Start-up, Essential, or Premium)
Payments & Termination Notice
By entering into business with Your Business Choice, the client commits to making their packages designated monthly payments on either the 1st or 15th of every month, as selected at time of the initial purchase. Failure to make payment without a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the payment due date may end the contract between the client and Your Business Choice. In the case of a missed or failed payment, Your Business Choice reserves to right to disable the client’s directory listing and website at their own discretion as detailed below.
Following a missed payment date, the client will have a ‘grace’ period of two business days in which they may pay the amount due and continue the contract. After these two business days, the directory listing and website will be disabled.
To maintain an affordable and high-quality service, Your Business Choice asks that their clients notify them in the case of any other businesses contacting the client with the offer of similar services. These similar services may include directory listings, website design, digital marketing, and search engine optimisation. This will allow Your Business Choice to more accurately monitor the service provided to clients, therefore allowing Your Business Choice to improve the service offered to clients.
